Stacked colorful ceramic bowls on a white surface.

For the past two years, I’ve shown up to the wheel almost every day. Centering clay requires both hands and full attention.

I can’t scream at the world when I’m centering clay.

Many of the bowls I make during those sessions became what I call Anxiety Bowls — pieces shaped during moments when I needed to slow down and ground myself. Making them helps me move through whatever feels loud and come back to something physical and real.

Each Anxiety Bowl is wheel-thrown in my home studio and one of a kind.

With every Anxiety Bowl sold, a portion of the proceeds is donated to mental health support. Donation amounts vary by size. This matters to me because these bowls come from a place of regulation, presence, and learning how to stay steady — and I want them to help support that work beyond my own studio.

Thank you for supporting handmade work — and mental health.
