Anxiety Bowl’s
Wheel-thrown and finished by hand—made slowly, with intention, and no two exactly alike.
This handmade Anxiety Bowl was wheel-thrown in my home studio using stoneware clay with cream and white striping created directly in the clay body. Each piece is one of a kind, shaped slowly and intentionally on the wheel.
The interior features clear glaze near the rim, allowing the natural clay to show through, transitioning into a solid white glaze at the base. Finished with a clear glaze overall, this bowl is smooth, food safe, and made for everyday use.
Anxiety Bowls are created as part of my own grounding practice. Centering clay helps quiet my mind, and these bowls are meant to carry that calm into your space.

Measuring approximately 6 inches wide and just over 2 inches tall, this smaller Anxiety Bowl is meant for quiet moments — holding jewelry, small objects, or simply resting your hands.
Many of the bowls I make become what I call Anxiety Bowls — pieces created during moments when I need to slow down and ground myself at the wheel. Making them helps me move through whatever feels loud and return to something physical and real.
