This handmade Anxiety Bowl was wheel-thrown in my home studio using stoneware clay, with black and cream striping created through layered glaze. Each piece is one of a kind, shaped slowly and intentionally on the wheel.
The interior is fully glazed in a deep black, creating a smooth, glossy finish that contrasts with the softer striping on the outside. Finished with a clear glaze overall, this bowl is smooth, food safe, and made for everyday use.
Anxiety Bowls are created as part of my own grounding practice. Centering clay helps quiet my mind, and these bowls are meant to carry that calm into your space.
